• Technical identifiers (e.g., IP address or equivalent transmitted with requests)

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Process and respond to your contact request
• Communicate with you about your request
• Measure real site performance (Web Vitals) and improve user experience
• Detect and diagnose technical issues (performance regressions, errors)

The processing described above is based on the following legal bases:

• Contact: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest (responding to your request).
• This legitimate interest aims at continuous improvement and site reliability, while minimizing collected data and limiting retention.
• Performance monitoring (RUM): legitimate interest (continuous improvement and site reliability).

We use a performance monitoring mechanism to improve site quality and identify regressions.

• Collection of performance metrics (Web Vitals) to identify regressions.
• Collection of technical information (browser/device, URL) necessary for analysis.
• Technical identifiers (e.g., IP address or equivalent) may be processed by the provider to enable measurement transmission and security.

Data submitted via the contact form is not stored in a database.

It is only transmitted to:

• Message in a private Discord channel
• Email sent via Resend to the professional address
• Netlify dashboards (Real User Monitoring) and associated technical endpoints

Contact: only as long as needed to process your request. Technical measures (RUM): retained for a limited period via Netlify tools depending on configuration/plan.

Upon request, deletion consists of removing the corresponding Discord message and the received email. For technical measures (RUM), they expire according to Netlify retention and/or are deleted via their tools when applicable.
